Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7999et's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 7999et with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
